We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is central to developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and support sustainable business growth.
 
The Role
📢 Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid advertising, and social media) using HubSpot.
🗂️ Manage HubSpot CRM data and workflows to support targeted campaigns, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
✍️ Create and optimise marketing content (emails, social posts, blogs, landing pages, forms, and pop-ups) with the support of HubSpot’s content and AI tools.
📊 Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot dashboards and analytics, providing insights into ROI and customer engagement.
🎨 Coordinate production of proposals, presentations, and promotional materials to ensure brand consistency.
🎤 Support brand development through events, conferences, and targeted campaigns.
🤝 Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
 
About You
You will bring a strong foundation in marketing, with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution.

Specifically:
🎓 Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
💻 Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and campaign management (preferably using HubSpot).
📱 Strong understanding of email marketing, paid ads, social media, and content marketing.
📝 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
🗃️ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
🔎 Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to generate insights from data.
🏭 Previous B2B or industrial sector experience highly regarded.
