The Role
This is a hands-on internal recruitment role where the work you do matters.
As part of a 3-person team, you’ll own all front-line roles, including sales, office, engineering, finance, marketing, workshop, warehouse, and more. You’ll run the process – ads, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offers – and be the steady, reliable engine that keeps everything moving.

What you'll do:
📢Run campaigns – brief roles, post job ads, monitor performance, manage updates.
🧲Source – find passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, etc.
🔎Screen & qualify – desktop review, phone screens, assessments, liaise with Hiring Managers.
📝Interviews & ref checks – run great interviews, find 'red flags', assess core value fit, run ref checks.
📄Make hires – draft offers, get signed contracts, coordinate to start, hand-off for onboarding.
🤝Concierge candidate experience – be their 'trusted guide' through a best-in-class recruiting process.
🔧Systems discipline – keep everything updated, follow the process, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Who You Are
You’re sharp, organised, and task-focused.
You like structure, take pride in doing the job properly, and stay calm under pressure. You can focus on what's best for the business – even if it means saying 'no' to a candidate.

You'll have:
✅ Min 5–10 years’ recruitment experience (internal or agency with some internal exposure).
✅ Solid white‑collar experience end‑to‑end (sales, admin, operations, engineering, finance, etc).
✅ Good sourcing ability – LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, and creative outreach.
✅ Clear judgment – objective, steady, and focused on finding the right A‑player fit.
✅ Process discipline – follows the system, keeps everything updated, and maintains high standards.
✅ Calm, organised, and professional – handles multiple roles at once without dropping the ball.

We're open to both options below:
Option 1 – Full‑time
You’re an experienced internal recruiter who wants a structured, professional environment, varied roles, and a stable Monday–Friday rhythm.
Option 2 – Part‑time
You’re a capable recruiter who wants part-time option, school hours structure, local commute, and meaningful work without sacrificing family commitments.

What You’re Not (Red Flags):
❌ HR generalist or People & Culture warrior.
❌ High-volume blue-collar recruiter or just looking to ‘put bums on seats’ (agency style).
❌ Inflexible and set in your ways (not willing to try new approaches to finding the best talent).
