The Opportunity
Opportunity to take ownership of the key senior roles across a fast-growing group.
Small 3-person internal recruitment team, with a focus on high-quality 'A-Player' hiring (not volume).

The Role
This is a senior hands-on recruitment role.
You’ll lead from the front – own roles, run searches, drive the recruitment process, and deliver an concierge-level candidate experience.

What you'll do:
📢Campaigns – job ads, outreach, social campaigns, drive awareness and interest.
🧲Sourcing – map the market, tailor outreach, access the best passive candidates.
📊Evaluate – run screens, interviews, assessments, and ref checks for data-driven hiring.
📦Close & land – send offers, seal the deal, and hold their hand through to day one.
🔎 Pipeline control – desktop screens, scheduling, candidate comms, debriefs.
🛎Candidate concierge – warm, high-tempo, high-standards communication.
🤝 Hiring manager support – guide structured interviews, set expectations, remove blockers.
🔧 Systems & process – use and improve to drive fast, efficient hiring of top talent.
🎤 Employer brand – help marketing with ideas for content, video scripts, and campaigns.
 
Who You Are
You’re sharp, direct, and driven.
You want to be 'hands-on' and love the hunt of recruiting senior roles. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and really care about landing high-quality talent for the business.

You'll have:
✅ 8–15 years’ recruitment experience (including internal).
✅ Variety of role experience (ideally including senior / exec, sales, operations, engineering).
✅ Quality focus – commitment to find the best talent (regardless of how hard it is).
✅ Hands-on capability – sharp on the tools and love doing the work.
✅ Clear thinking – structured, calm, and decisive under pressure.
✅ Structured approach – great with process and systems (incl ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc).

You'll likely be one of two profiles:

Profile 1 – Recruiter On The Rise
You’ve delivered senior roles and want a step-up into more autonomy, wider scope, and a different level of impact. Plus the pathway into a Lead role running a small high-performing internal team.

Profile 2 – Seasoned Professional
You’ve run recruitment teams, done lots of senior roles, but are sick of the BS of corporate or agency. You want a role with real autonomy and impact where you can get back 'on the tools' and focus on 'quality, not quantity'.

What You’re Not (Red Flags):
❌ HR generalist or People & Culture warrior.
❌ High-volume blue-collar recruiter.
❌ Just looking to ‘put bums on seats’ (agency style).
❌ Inflexible and set in your ways (not willing to try new approaches to finding the best talent).
