Role Overview
As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern here at Beehive Industries, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various projects within our manufacturing and industrial engineering teams. What You'll Do...
- Develop build files and routings and act as the manufacturing engineer for support hardware, rig hardware, and fixtures
- Assist in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste
- Contribute to the development of manufacturing maturation projects
- Gain exposure to various manufacturing technologies and equipment - Participate in data analysis and problem-solving activities
- Author and contribute to the development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures

You have...
- At minimum, completed Sophomore year of college or university by the time of the summer internship assignment
- High School/GED
- Must have a minimum college GPA of 2.90 on a 4.00 scale at the time of application; cumulative, no rounding
- Must have a valid driver’s license and motorized vehicle transportation if assigned an internship
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or similar field
- Must have plans to be enrolled in classes during Fall Semester 2026
- Ability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer of 2026
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Effective presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
