AI Product Manager

We’re looking for an AI Product Manager who loves building early, testing fast, and turning ambiguous ideas into real, testable experiences.

This role is all about rapid prototyping: sometimes with low-code tools, sometimes with a quick Python script or an AI agent chain — always focused on learning fast and delivering value. You’ll collaborate deeply with design and engineering to validate concepts before they reach production, and help shape what we ultimately ship.

What You'll Do?

• Define and execute product vision and strategy aligned with business and user needs
• Translate deep user research and market insight into intuitive, high-value user experiences. 
• Lead hands-on discovery: define hypotheses, prototype, test with users, and iterate quickly
• Translate complex or ambiguous ideas into rapid, functional high quality product prototypes
• Build and explore AI-driven workflows using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, Windsurf, and agent-based setups
• Create prototypes that reflect strong UX thinking and strong engineering foundations
• Partner with designers to shape intuitive user flows and interaction patterns
• Work with engineers to ensure a smooth, high-quality handoff from prototype to production
• Define success metrics for prototypes and early features, and use them to guide decisions
• Drive 0→1 product decisions and contribute to the roadmap

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or product design with technical background with a track record of shipping user-facing software
  
• Ability to make product decisions informed by strong UX standards and user-centered thinking
  
• Experience leading products where usability and clarity were critical to success
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, Windsurf) to create functional applications for product discovery
• Experience with AI-based products, agents, or automation tools
• High product intuition and strong empathy for users
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and early-stage decision making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with design and engineering teams
