For Season 2026, we are looking for a Butler to join our Villa Beatrice team.

Main Duties & Responsabilities

·       Provide personalized and tailor-made butler service for every guest of Villa Beatrice, from itinerary planning to assistance with any request;

·       Manage every detail of the guests' stay, including check-in/check-out, villa preparation, luggage handling, and organizing transfers, excursions, and reservations;

·       Maintain clear and effective communication with guests and other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and an uninterrupted experience;

·       Provide expert advice on local attractions, restaurants, activities, and events;

·       Uphold and exceed the high standards of service and discretion that distinguish the Belmond brand.

Requirements

·       Proven experience as a Butler in luxury hotels, private villas, or yachts, preferably in international contexts;

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and service-oriented approach;

·       Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs;

·       Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

·       Fluent in Italian and English; a third language (e.g., French, German, Russian) will be considered a plus;

·       Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality;

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

·       Impeccable presentation and refined manners.

·       We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Butler;

·       Start date: April/May 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;

·       Monthly gross salary  based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;

·       Accomodation in our staff house including breakfast;
