Job Overview
Compensation & Benefits Specialist, to be part of our dynamic HR team at Belmont Lavan Ltd. In this role, you will focus on managing and enhancing our compensation and benefits programs to ensure they meet the needs of our employees and align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the company-wide compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with regulations.
- Analyze compensation data and conduct market surveys to ensure the company’s offerings are competitive.
- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and management on compensation-related issues, including salary recommendations, job evaluations, and benchmarking.
- Assist in the design and implementation of employee benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
- Support ongoing efforts to enhance employee communication and understanding of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit enrollments and changes.
- Participate in talent management/talent acquisition activities related to compensation matters.
- Maintain knowledge of trends in compensation and benefits and offer recommendations for improvements.

You’re capable of building effective relationships, working collaboratively with HR teams and management to achieve shared objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and 8 years in HR
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Excel.
- Experience with compensation software and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in an international organization is a plus.
Contract Details:
Duration: 6 months
Location: Flexible, with quarterly onsite requirements.
Start Date: ASAP.
