Overview:
Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Life and Pensions for a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements and processes specific to Life and Pensions products, facilitating improvements and enhancements in alignment with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements focusing on Life and Pensions products.
- Analyze existing processes and systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop detailed specifications and process flows for new and modified products and services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to drive consensus and deliver actionable outcomes.
- Support testing activities to validate that business requirements are met in the implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Life and Pensions domain (2-4 years).
- Strong understanding of Life and Pensions products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with business analysis tools.
