Job Description

Position – Process Expert

Department – Corporate Communications

Positions - 1

Location – Hyderabad

Reports to – Senior Manager, Corporate Communications

Shift – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job summary:

 A Corporate Communications Process Expert is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing the end‑to‑end communications processes that enable effective internal and external communications deliverables across the India platform. This role ensures that communications is qualitatively reviewed, workflows adhered to, best tools leveraged, and governance frameworks are streamlined, measurable, and aligned with corporate communications goals.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop effective copy for email communications, newsletters, leader messaging, blogs, press releases, social media updates, announcements, website copy along with owning the content lifecycle. (creation →qualitative review → version control)
  2. Define and enforce editorial standards, tone-of-voice, style guides, and brand usage across all communications mediums in the India offices
  3. Define KPIs, monitor communication effectiveness, and apply data-driven insights to continuously improve processes to make measurable impact. (reach, engagement, readability, funnel conversion, sentiment, employee awareness).
  4. Design creatives for internal and external communication assets to include infographics
  5. Ability to produce and edit video content for both internal and external communication assets.
  6. Participate in project initiatives and brainstorming sessions to support communication goals.
  7. Plan, organise, coordinate and support companywide Communications led events, vendor management and employee engagement.
  8. Have experience with Crisis Communications. Must have handled negative publicity, develop crisis plans, and mitigate damage.
  9. Support external communications by enhancing the site’s corporate brand presence across social media platforms, internet, intranet ensuring all activities align with the organization’s strategic objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications, skills and competencies

  1. Must be a Graduate with a degree in communications, or journalism, or public relations or relevant field with overall 6 to 8 years of experience in communications
  2. Experience with communication analytics and reporting.
  3. Must be a creative problem-solver with an ability to think big picture possibilities.
  4. Knowledge of social media management, digital marketing and SEO practices.
  5. Familiarity with the latest tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems
  6. Adept in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  7. Must have knowledge of various AI design tools to include Canva
