Junior Marketplace Admin – Amazon & eBay Operations

from 1200 €/month gross -Your final gross monthly compensation will reflect experience, skills, and qualifications.

Let’s be honest from the start – this is a junior, entry-level backoffice role focused on repetitive operational tasks. You won't be managing big global strategies here, but you will be the core administration backbone of our daily marketplace operations. If you are looking for a stable environment, don't mind a daily routine, and want to kickstart your CV in international e-commerce, this is the right place to begin.

What will you be in charge of?

• Monitoring and replenishing prepaid shipping labels for Amazon, eBay, and other platforms.
• Solving routine backoffice support tickets and fixing system data errors.
• Copy-pasting data, updating internal systems, and keeping our marketplace Excel sheets clean and accurate.
• Helping the team with any manual administrative tasks that pop up during the day.

And we expect you to...

• Have a completed Secondary or University education.
• Understand written English without any issues, as our platforms and daily data are entirely in English.
• Be completely fine with repetitive daily tasks – you are someone who finds comfort in a stable routine where you always know exactly what to do.

• Attention to detail – you can spot a typo, a wrong number, or a missing label quickly.
• Basic PC and Excel skills – you know how to navigate standard spreadsheets.
• No previous e-commerce experience is needed – we have a great onboarding and will teach you everything from scratch.
