What You’ll Drive
- Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and social media content
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Prior internship experience in HR (a plus, not required)
