Job Overview

What You'll Drive

  • Data Integration, Data Warehouse & Data Management
    • Support setup, monitoring, and maintenance of data pipelines from SCADA, CMMS, CAFM, and other systems into the centralized data warehouse.
    • Maintain and manage key datasets (data structures, data dictionaries, master/reference data) used for reporting.
    • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and troubleshoot data synchronization issues.
    • Support data governance activities including access requests, version tracking, and audit readiness.
  • KPI, Dashboard & Reporting Development
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs using Power BI and Google Data Studio.
    • Support preparation of monthly/quarterly performance packs ensuring traceability and accuracy.
  • Finance Reporting & KPI Support
    • Produce required Finance reports and KPI dashboards.
    • Align operational KPIs with financial KPIs where required.
  • Documentation, Data Governance & Controls
    • Document reporting requirements, data logic, KPI definitions, calculations, and workflows.
    • Maintain technical documentation for pipelines, integrations, and reporting models.
    • Ensure compliance with governance, reporting standards, and audit traceability.
  • Data Quality & Validation
    • Perform routine data quality checks and reconciliations.
    • Identify gaps, duplication, or inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions.
    • Maintain data quality logs and improvement tracking.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and data preparation tasks.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives in O&M and Finance reporting workflows.
    • Develop standardized templates and automated report outputs.
  • Helpdesk & Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Support helpdesk operation for CMMS/CAFM-related and reporting-related requests.
    • Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, IT, CMMS, and CAFM teams to resolve issues.
    • Track tickets, follow up, escalate when required, and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
