The BESIX Plant & Equipment department manages, maintains, and repairs a large fleet of capital equipment for civil construction projects, as well as a wide range of foundation machines. To reinforce our growing team, we are looking for a motivated Senior Plant & Equipment Engineer who will play a key role in supporting our Local operations.

Your Role

As a Senior Plant & Equipment Engineer, you will:

•  Lead the organization of mobilization and demobilization of equipment for national and international projects.
•  Provide expert support to operational teams on site and collaborate closely with the methods department.
•  Oversee the technical and administrative follow-up of our equipment fleet, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
•  Take on increasing responsibilities, including mentoring junior engineers and contributing to strategic decisions.
•  Conduct regular visits to inspect equipment and support local teams on international projects.
• Offer back-office support to the international equipment department, ensuring smooth coordination across projects
