What You'll Drive
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair AHUs, Package Units, Chillers, Chilled Water Pumps, VRF systems, ventilation and exhaust fans.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize system downtime.
- Inspect, clean, and replace filters, belts, bearings, and other consumable components.
- Monitor refrigerant levels and identify refrigerant leaks where applicable.
- Maintain HVAC control components, dampers, louvres, and associated systems.
- Ensure plant rooms and work areas are maintained to high housekeeping standards.
- Follow permit-to-work procedures and comply with lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Adhere to all HSE standards and actively participate in safety initiatives.
- Support emergency breakdown maintenance activities as required.
- Assist in preparing maintenance reports and accurately documenting work completed.
