As an FM & HVAC Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facility management and maintenance activities across the site. By leading cleaning, landscaping, HVAC maintenance, and housekeeping operations, you will help maintain high operational standards, optimize asset performance, and create a safe and well-maintained environment. Your leadership will be essential in driving team productivity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while minimizing downtime and supporting business continuity.

What You'll Drive

  • Supervise and coordinate general cleaning and housekeeping activities across the facility.
  • Oversee road sweeping operations to ensure internal roads and site areas remain clean and safe.
  • Manage pest control activities and ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations.
  • Supervise landscaping activities, including irrigation systems, lawn maintenance, tree trimming, and plant care.
  • Oversee cleaning operations for conveyors, transfer stations, IBA areas, and other operational facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure housekeeping and facility standards are consistently maintained.
  • Ensure effective deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials to support FM operations.
  • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Manage the maintenance of AHUs, chillers, chilled water pumps, VRF systems, ventilation equipment, dampers, filters, and HVAC control components.
  • Monitor HVAC system performance and implement actions to optimize efficiency and reliability.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and coordinate timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and specialist contractors for maintenance and technical support.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and safe work practices.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance and service delivery.
