Your expertise will help maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime, and support sustainable plant operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

What You'll Drive

  • Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, inspect, test, repair, and commission plant electrical assets.
  • Maintain MCCs, switchgears, transformers, VFDs, soft starters, UPS systems, generators, motors, and control panels.
  • Coordinate electrical isolation, LOTO, PTW, and shutdown activities to ensure safe maintenance execution.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance.
  • Monitor asset condition and support predictive maintenance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Mechanical, and Instrumentation teams to optimize plant performance.
  • Manage contractors and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain CMMS records, asset history, spare parts inventory, and maintenance documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, OEM recommendations, IEC standards, and BESIX HSE procedures.
