The role supports the performance of building services, responds to alarms and system issues, assists maintenance activities, monitors energy consumption, maintains accurate records, and coordinates with facility management teams to ensure systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with required procedures.

What You'll Drive

  • Continuous monitoring and operation of the BMS and connected building services.
  • Timely response, escalation, and resolution of system alarms and faults.
  • Support for preventive and corrective maintenance activities through system monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Energy monitoring and identification of opportunities to improve system efficiency.
  • Accurate reporting, documentation, and maintenance of operational records.
  • Coordination with FM teams, helpdesk, vendors, and service providers to support building operations.
  • Assistance with BMS upgrades, system integrations, and communication verification between devices.
  • Compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures while supporting audits and inspections.
  • Effective control room operations, equipment housekeeping, and system security practices.
  • Support for emergency response operations and other BMS- and FM-related responsibilities assigned by management.
