Food Production Operative

We’re seeking a proactive and reliable Production Operative to join our client’s busy food manufacturing team in Winchester. If you have previous experience in food production and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Operate production equipment and follow recipes accurately
• Maintain excellent hygiene and “clean as you go” standards
• Perform regular quality checks and complete all documentation correctly
• Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail with good literacy and numeracy skills
• Food Safety and/or Health & Safety qualifications are a plus

Hours

Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:45 (Day shifts only)
