Senior Network Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, implementation, and support of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Architect highly available, scalable, and secure network solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Implement network services according to industry best practices and standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers.
• Administer and optimize networking components including Cisco and Aruba switches, wireless access points, VPNs, FortiGate Next-Generation Firewalls, load balancers, and monitoring systems.
• Design and support enterprise wireless networks using HPE Aruba and Ubiquiti UniFi access points and controllers.
• Implement network security strategies across hybrid environments.
• Lead 24x7 monitoring strategy, incident response, and root cause analysis for network performance and outages.
• Participate in and lead critical incident troubleshooting efforts.
• Develop and enforce network engineering standards and secure interconnection practices.
• Drive automation initiatives using scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) for configuration management and monitoring.
• Own documentation of architecture, processes, standards, and change management.
