The Opportunity
This is a contract-to-hire position, starting with a 3-month contract period.
We are looking for a motivated, self-sufficient Technical Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for our US-based and Argentina-based technical positions.
As the first interaction point with our future employees, you become a true representative of BETSOL and its brand.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Broomfield, Colorado office (approximately 1 or 2 days per week in-office). You will report directly to senior leadership and serve as the connective tissue between candidate experience, hiring managers, HR, IT, and our operational team.
This role suits someone who thrives with ownership, adapts well to varying workloads, and brings energy to both strategic sourcing and the behind-the-scenes coordination that makes a great candidate experience possible. During natural lulls in recruiting activity, you may be asked to support other administrative or operational needs across the company.
In addition to base contract, this role will earn structured commissions based on successful onboards.
What You'll Own
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Source, screen, and close candidates for engineering and technical positions across US (onshore) and Argentina (nearshore) markets
- Execute advanced passive candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean techniques, and creative sourcing strategies beyond standard job board posting
- Manage LinkedIn InMail campaigns, job postings, and candidate outreach with a strong sense of urgency and quality
- Present qualified candidates within 4 business days of requisition open date
- Conduct video recruiter screens with professional presentation and structured assessment
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships from first contact through Day 1 and beyond
- Coordinate all interview logistics including scheduling, panel coordination, and candidate communication
- Own the onboarding readiness process β ensuring every new hire has a successful first day by coordinating with HR, IT, the hiring manager, and an assigned buddy
- Book travel and accommodations for candidates and new hires who are outside the Colorado area for in-person interviews or first days
Coordination & Operations
- Maintain rigorous, up-to-date records in our platform for all candidates and requisitions
- Report directly to executive leadership on a weekly basis with clear recruiting pipeline updates
- Provide administrative and operational support across the business during lower-volume recruiting periods
- Support process improvement initiatives as we grow and scale our talent acquisition function
