Job Overview

What You’ll Do

·       Project Execution Support: Support the Project Manager in daily operations, ensuring that task lists are updated, deadlines are monitored, and project dependencies are flagged.
·       Tactical Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for project teams; schedule meetings, draft agendas, and ensure all action items are captured and assigned.
·       Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain the project’s "source of truth"—including project logs, meeting minutes, and resource folders—to ensure transparency across the team.
·       Process Mapping & Optimization: Visualize current business workflows and document new standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve team efficiency.
·       Quality Assurance: Conduct audits on project deliverables to ensure they meet the defined quality standards before they are finalized.
·       Administrative Readiness: Assist in the preparation of training materials, manuals, and internal announcements to support project rollouts.

What We’re Looking For

·       Experience: 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or a generalist support role.
·       Operational Aptitude: Highly organized with a natural ability to take a complex goal and break it down into small, manageable steps.
·       Detail Orientation: A "hawk-eye" for detail; you enjoy ensuring that no task falls through the cracks and that documentation is always up to date.
·       Bias for Action: A proactive problem-solver who doesn’t just report a delay but suggests a way to get the task back on schedule.
·       Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project tracking software (Asana, Trello, etc.) and high proficiency in collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Notion, or Slack).
