Affiliate Partnership Operations Assistant

Join our Commercial Operations team and help manage affiliate marketing activities across LATAM markets. As part of the broader revenue group, you'll play an important role in supporting our operations by ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns, partner onboarding, tracking, reporting, and compliance activities.

In this role, you'll learn how affiliate marketing, tracking, and affiliate operations work in the iGaming industry while collaborating with international teams across the business. You'll gain hands-on experience managing affiliate accounts, tracking links, campaign launches, and ensuring accurate operational execution.

As our Affiliate Partnership Operations Assistant, your key responsibility will be to manage day-to-day operational tasks independently while contributing to the team's overall success. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will support your development and help you build a strong understanding of our business.

Job responsibilities

• Set up and maintain affiliate accounts, tracking links, and partner information across our internal systems;

• Communicate with internal teams regarding offer updates, new content, campaign launches, and operational requirements;

• Coordinate the successful implementation and follow-up of new campaigns;

• Update and maintain various data portals to support operational efficiency;

• Maintain accurate information across multiple internal platforms and ensure data quality;

• Contribute valuable insights to reporting processes for informed decision-making;

• Assist in fulfilling compliance requirements to uphold industry standards;

• Collaborate on diverse ongoing projects to drive team success;

• Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline operational processes;

• Address ad hoc operational tasks and practicalities that support the team's objectives.

Job requirements

• Fluent English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus);

• Excellent attention to detail;

• Strong organizational and analytical skills;

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment;

• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms;

• Experience working in a digital environment is a plus;

• Familiarity with project management or CRM tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or Salesforce is an advantage;

• Interest in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, sports, or iGaming is appreciated;

• Motivated, team-oriented, and with a strong work ethic.
