In the role you will

• Provide a local member owned banking experience to new and existing members.
• Proactively connect member needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through excellent listening skills.
• Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our members.
• Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic.
• Manage member bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions.
• Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the member.
• Support members with unsecured lending solutions, such as personal loans and credit cards, by clearly explaining the associated terms, conditions, and repayment options.
• Guide members through secured lending products, including home and car loans, ensuring they fully understand the product features, benefits, fees, charges, and the overall value these offerings provide.
