We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Teamlead to join our team at BFR Trading in the Personalabteilung department. As the Finance Teamlead, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of the department.

• Oversee the day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize financial results.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Proficiency in financial software and systems.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
