Mid Agile Delivery Manager, Mobile and Digital Projects

As a Mid-Level Agile Delivery Manager at Bilue, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams across mobile and web. You’ll help keep delivery on track, teams aligned and stakeholders informed, while building your craft in a fast-moving consulting environment.

This role suits someone with solid hands-on experience in agile and scrum delivery who enjoys working with people, structure and momentum.You’ll balance coordination, planning and communication to help teams deliver complex digital products smoothly and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and run agile ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives
• Manage delivery for digital products across web and mobile platforms
• Apply agile and scrum practices consistently to support predictable delivery
• Track milestones, team progress and delivery risks, escalating early where needed
• Coordinate QA, UAT and release activities to support smooth deployments
• Translate product roadmaps into clear delivery plans using agile or hybrid approaches
• Communicate progress, dependencies and risks to stakeholders
• Maintain delivery hygiene across Jira and Confluence
• Contribute to continuous improvement within delivery teams
