As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager at Bilue, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact digital products. You are a strategic partner to our clients, responsible for navigating ambiguity and ensuring our cross-functional teams excel across mobile and web platforms. In this senior role, you don't just follow the process—you own, evolve, and optimize it to ensure we deliver world-class software in a high-stakes consulting environment.

This role is designed for a seasoned practitioner who thrives on solving "the hard problems." You bring deep expertise in agile methodologies, a sharp commercial instinct, and the leadership presence required to influence senior stakeholders and mentor junior delivery talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Delivery Leadership: Own the delivery lifecycle for multi-stream, complex digital products, ensuring alignment between technical execution and client business goals.

• High-Level Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, managing expectations, negotiating scope, and providing transparent, data-driven reporting on progress and ROI.

• Agile Governance & Evolution: Beyond running ceremonies, you will design and implement the delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid) that best suit the specific needs of the engagement.

• Risk & Dependency Orchestration: Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve systemic blockers and cross-team dependencies before they impact the critical path.

• Roadmap Transformation: Partner with Product Managers to translate high-level vision into actionable, phased delivery roadmaps that balance speed-to-market with technical excellence.

• Release & Launch Strategy: Lead complex QA, UAT, and multi-platform release cycles, ensuring seamless deployments for high-traffic mobile and web applications.

• Mentorship & Craft Excellence: Champion "delivery hygiene" across Jira and Confluence, while coaching and mentoring mid-level and junior team members to elevate the overall delivery practice at Bilue.

• Continuous Improvement Leadership: Drive a culture of high performance by leading deep-dive retrospectives and implementing structural process improvements across the organisation.
