Marketing Operations Assistant (Part Time)

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Marketing Assistant to oversee the inventory, packing, and timely shipping of marketing materials ("swag") for events and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, physically active, and comfortable with driving for local drop-offs or pick-ups.

• Prepare and coordinate the shipment of swag kits and event marketing materials to ensure timely delivery for conferences, client engagements, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage a digital inventory database of branded merchandise and marketing collateral, maintaining accurate records of stock levels, usage, and replenishment needs.
• Track inbound and outbound swag requests, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, event schedules, and internal stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate order fulfillment, quality control, and on-time distribution.

Requirements

• Undergraduate coursework in biology or life sciences; marketing or business coursework is a plus but not required.
• Team player that is organized and able to multitask/meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• 24 hours/week.
