📍 Based in Ghent, with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

🔥 What you’ll be doing?

• Own the problem, not just the code

  You're not here to execute tickets. As a product engineer, you'll own problems end-to-end - from discovery and talking to customers, all the way to launch. That means taking on a meaningful slice of product management: defining what to build, why, and for whom. You'll deeply understand our customers' problems and make sure the things we ship actually solve them. This role is way more than engineering.

• Own code & architecture, front to back

  You'll take the lead front to back. You design it, you build it, you ship it. TypeScript is your weapon of choice. You won't just use or play with AI - you'll bake it into the core product offering.

• Write code you’re proud of

  Clean, fast and scalable. You catch issues before they catch you. PRs, run tests, quality and performance … it’s all second nature.

• Level up the team

  You share what you know, enable others and raise the bar. Whether you want to go deep as an expert or grow as a team lead – you’ve got the runway.
