The Assistant Lead - Campaign & Content is the operational engine of the marketing team, responsible for the meticulous planning, coordination, and delivery of all integrated marketing campaigns. This hands-on role ensures seamless execution across internal teams and external vendors, optimizing social media and KOL strategies to drive measurable traffic, quote requests, and policy conversions.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the operational execution and timeline of all marketing campaigns, from initial brief through to delivery and launch, ensuring every deliverable meets quality and deadline standards.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for campaign execution, meticulously coordinating and tracking dependencies across internal teams (e.g., Creative, Growth, Product) and external vendors to maintain project flow and resolve roadblocks.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize all social media and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and direct traffic back to the Bjak platform for quote generation.

  • Oversee the submission and quality of all campaign assets (e.g., ad copy, creative variants, influencer posts) from vendors and internal teams, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and business objectives.

  • Ensure timely and accurate campaign reports are gathered and documented. Facilitate the smooth handoff of successful campaign data and learnings to the Growth team for ongoing optimization.

The right fit has

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Campaign Management, Project Management, or Marketing Operations within a fast-paced B2C or e-commerce environment.

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully managing the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel digital campaigns (social, display, content).

  • High organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and workflow creation.

  • Possesses strong marketing sense - the ability to assess creative and messaging quality and ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand voice.

  • Hands-on experience developing, coordinating, and optimizing social media content and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) campaigns.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of ensuring accountability and clarity among diverse internal and external teams.
