What is this position about?
Demonstrates deep expertise in all technologies used by the team and leverages strong business understanding to guide technical decisions.
Works independently with minimal supervision while mentoring and guiding a small team toward continuous improvement.
Partners closely with Product and Design leads to translate stakeholder requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions.
Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels.
Designs and develops robust, highly scalable client- and server-side components, implementing strong monitoring and alerting in line with architectural standards.
Collaborates with the team to build and maintain comprehensive unit test coverage, ensuring code quality and reliability.
Provides Tier 3 production support when required, troubleshooting complex technical issues through in-depth debugging, analysis, and research.
Performs additional duties and assumes other responsibilities as assigned, contributing flexibly to team and organizational goals.
