We are seeking a Talent Recruiter to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.
What is this position about?
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for AI, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Software Engineering roles across LATAM. You’ll partner closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and drive fast-paced, high-volume recruiting for innovative tech teams.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting across multiple technical roles and projects.
- Handle a large and dynamic interview pipeline, coordinating multiple stages, project reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Source and interview candidates across LATAM using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct screenings to evaluate English fluency, technical alignment, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with U.S. hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout all stages.
- Lead and manage kick-off meetings and follow-up communication to maintain alignment with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS (SmartRecruiters experience is a strong plus).
- Update and manage Excel or shared trackers to monitor recruiting metrics and progress.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and consistent follow-through across all interactions.
- Generating Tech profiles and conducting ongoing searches for job references.
- Provide support to our Talent Leaders in day-to-day tasks.
