Job Overview

The CBU Leader serves as a senior growth and delivery leader responsible for owning a multi-account portfolio of $30M+ in revenue, with full P&L accountability and a mandate to achieve hyper growth, strong profitability, and exceptional client value.

This is a true player-coach role: you will directly lead strategic accounts while also developing and enabling a team of Client Partners. You will shape C-suite relationships, create new opportunities, and elevate Blend360’s position as a trusted transformation partner across data, analytics, digital modernization, and emerging AI capabilities.

Portfolio focus spans Retail and Consumer sectors.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing large client relationships, driving consulting-led growth, and delivering business value through data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full P&L for the Client Business Unit, ensuring sustained revenue growth, strong margin performance, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee and grow a $30M+ portfolio across multiple major accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies in collaboration with Client Partners, leveraging Blend360’s data, analytics, and AI offerings to expand client relationships
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement, strategic advisory, and superior delivery performance
  • Drive new client acquisition in similar industry vertical domains (as existing accounts)
  • Hire, coach and mentor Client Partners, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration across teams
  • Partner with the Solutions and Practices to design high-impact, data-driven solutions addressing clients’ evolving business challenges
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, shaping transformation agendas and identifying opportunities for innovation and business value
  • Lead employee engagement and development within the CBU, promoting a high-performance, people-first culture
  • Shape and accelerate clients’ modernization, automation, and AI adoption initiatives.
