Blend360 is seeking an energetic and experienced Client Operations Manager to join our team. Successful candidates will have experience managing complex and large-scale accounts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are looking for a self-starting, motivated individual who knows how to keep calm in the storm. The Operations Manager will be responsible for building client relationships, owning account operations, and supporting account leaders in driving account growth. Candidates should show strong curiosity and a passion for or interest in data science and enabling techniques, tools, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Oversight/Reporting
Support senior client leaders by providing oversight for designated accounts
Ensure operational efficiency, client satisfaction and successful delivery of services with support from senior client leaders.
Monitor and report on account performance, identifying areas for process improvement, proactively recommending and implementing solutions.
Track all key account activity, agreements, progress; generates regular documentation.
Client Relationship
Foster client relationships, serving as one of the primary points of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders and supporting senior client leaders in ensuring client needs are met.
Delivery Oversight
Monitor project timelines and resource utilization, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Provide recommendations / solutions to problems, escalate to senior client leaders if/when needed.
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to develop and deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
Strategy
Support senior client leaders in building strategic account plans, identifying areas of opportunity, and developing related materials focused on growing Blend's presence.
Contract Management
Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, contracts
Leadership
Mentor and guide junior staff, providing support and training in account management best practices and career development.
