Job Overview
- Conduct discovery sessions with report owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand existing manual reporting processes.
- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, including undocumented workflows.
- Capture business rules, calculations, exceptions, inputs, outputs, and process dependencies.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional requirements for development teams.
- Create, maintain, and update business process documentation and requirements for each automation initiative.
- Collaborate with developers by answering business-related questions and coordinating follow-up discussions with SMEs.
- Define expected outputs and acceptance criteria to support solution validation.
- Support report reviews, business validation, testing, and SME sign-off activities.
- Monitor discovery progress and provide light project coordination support when needed.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of automation initiatives.
