We are seeking an energetic, creative, and personable Customer Marketing Campaign Manager. This role reports to the Director of Community and Customer Marketing.
As a Customer Marketing campaign manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and managing marketing campaigns to our existing customer base to drive customer engagement, upsell and cross-sell and renewals. You will be responsible for the overall customer marketing campaign strategy and management, including target audience segmentation, content development and execution, digital marketing campaign performance and tactical recommendations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. field/channel marketing, events, new logo demand gen campaign managers) and leverage your expertise in marketing strategies to drive results.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping us further expand our “share of wallet” with our existing customers by making them aware of additional product offerings that they should consider, as well as additional features in our products that will help improve the resiliency, security and performance of their networks.
You will also work consultatively with our customer success organization, including customer success managers and customer service personnel, to identify and create campaigns that will expand product utilization and help maintain high renewal rates.

You will be working with a modern marketing technology stack including: Marketo, LeanData, Gainsight, Tableau and SFDC.
Objectives of this role
• Developing and executing strategic customer marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets.
• Collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams to create compelling customer marketing collateral that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning.
• Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
• Leveraging digital marketing channels to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
Responsibilities
• Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven customer campaign strategy to achieve upsell and cross-sell goals.
• Develop and deploy integrated customer marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal team members, and keeping on-track with key deadlines.
• Strategize and execute email nurtures for customer onboarding, customer events and webinars.
• Assist with customer webinar program, including overall communications with speakers, technical setup, promotion strategy, and scheduling dry-runs and live hosting.
• Support the customer success team in building and optimizing a customer journey strategy for multiple segments.
• Support the product team in announcing and socializing new product releases to customers.
• Identify and build target audience segments in partnership with the marketing operations team.
• Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI.
• Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated with the marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive campaign innovation.
• Document processes in Confluence for transparency, document project management in Monday.
Required skills and qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
• 4+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role.
• Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrable portfolio in managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including Marketo for email communications, social media platforms, post schedulers and web analytic tools.
• Strong understanding of customer marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in the relevant software
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
