Binocs is our SaaS solution built for complex planning and scheduling in QC labs and CGT operations. Our enterprise customer base is growing globally, especially across life sciences.

As we continue to grow our recurring SaaS business across global life sciences clients, we’re ready to level up our commercial operations. We’re hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale the full commercial backbone of the Binocs Sales organization. This senior commercial role will support our VP Sales in shaping how we run and grow our global sales. You’ll bring hands-on sales experience combined with the ability to structure, track, and scale processes.

This role is twofold:

  • Build structure in sales planning, forecasting, renewals, and performance tracking.

  • Stay close to the field, understanding the reality of sales cycles and earning trust from account owners to drive adoption of better ways of working.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead account planning, pipeline tracking, and forecasting together with sales leadership.

  • Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell activities to grow existing accounts.

  • Review and challenge deal quality, ensuring clarity and consistency.

  • Track commercial performance through dashboards and insights.

  • Develop simple, scalable frameworks that support repeatable sales success.

  • Share best practices, coach team members, and help raise commercial maturity.

  • Eventually take ownership of 1–2 strategic global accounts.

  • You’ll collaborate with teams across Belgium, the US, and APAC—supporting a global client base mostly headquartered in Europe and the US.
