Senior Consultant Supply Chain Planning

About the role

• Take responsibility for a functional workstream in global transformation projects and keep track of deliverables and milestones.

• Guide people – both from Bluecrux and from the customer – by assuming a coaching role, supporting them in reaching their goals, and mentoring other consultants within your workstream.

• Follow up in your workstream to ensure client satisfaction.

• Contribute to strategic, supply chain–wide transformation that drives growth, reduces costs, and sparks innovation for our global customers.

• Co-create and design the “to be” state of the future planning organization and processes, creating documentation on both process and organizational levels.

• Prepare and host client workshops to detect client needs, capture challenges, and design solutions.

• Look at the big picture and collaborate with other workstreams, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and aligned.

• Provide guidance during the implementation process, ensuring it happens in a smooth and structured manner.

• Contribute hands-on to the implementation alongside the client, making the transformation real.

• Be part of one integrated project team with your Bluecrux colleagues, the customer, and the tool provider, working all together towards one common goal.

• Internally, take opportunities to generate impact by assuming an additional role (e.g., people coaching, content development, or commercial contributions).

• Guide change and help carry out improvements.

• You are open to travel.
