As we grow, we're excited to invite a skilled Supply Chain Analytics Consultant for Axon Technology to join our Axon delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with customers and be a key contributor to Axon implementation projects, ensuring the successful deployment and seamless integration of this advanced supply chain analytics solution. You will work with complex big data environments, leveraging a software solution-oriented mindset and a strong commercial understanding to drive optimal results.

About the role

  • Build and apply a solid understanding of client & industry best practices, business processes, Axon solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.

  • Configure the application to align with business requirements.

  • Execute testing, validation, and post-go-live run activities for Axon implementations, ensuring data accuracy, identifying issues and risks early, and escalating when needed.

  • Collaborate with our data engineering & solution teams to integrate Axon with customer’s enterprise systems. 

  • Provide end-user training and ensure a smooth transition to the client after the implementation phase

  • Act as project lead on small Proof-of-Value projects.

  • Serve as customer success manager: offering ongoing support, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of Axon product features and support processes by relaying customer feedback to the product/solution owner customer support teams.

  • Support pre-sales activities and participate in commercial engagements.
