Impact Investing Analyst | Private Equity Partnerships

BlueEarth is a global impact manager seeking to address both environmental and social challenges, via private equity, private credit, fund investments, and secondary transactions.

We are currently seeking an Investment Analyst to join our Private Equity Partnerships Team in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment alongside driven and professional colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and qualitative analysis of potential investment opportunities across private equity fund investments, co-investments, and secondaries.

• Perform market research and industry analysis to support investment theses.

• Support all aspects of the investment process, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.

• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees.

• Monitor the performance of portfolio investments and maintain regular communication with fund managers and co-investment partners.

• Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting for investors, ensuring high-quality insights and data accuracy.

• Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution and portfolio management activities.

• Work with colleagues across offices and functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
