The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business is looking for a Segment Manager – Home Improvements to join the sales team based in Archerfield, QLD. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

What Will You Do?

As a Segment Manager, you will provide sales solutions of Lysaght Home Improvements products to customers, as well as securing new quality clients. Your team will provide accurate quoting and designs, with a focus on providing value to our customers. You will develop marketing plans, call schedules, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and software utilisation. You will:

• provide customers with product knowledge across the range of products
• establish systems and support service, follow up and resolve complaints
• identify promotional activities
• provide technical support to Lysaght Living customers

More About You

With a background in sales, you are someone with an understanding of industry channels, knowledge of building codes and regulations and have experience in the carport, awning, and home improvement sectors.

You will have:

• exceptional sales abilities
• customer service expertise
• an ability to understand and interpret design drawings
• a high level of communication and negotiation skills
• effective planning and implementation capabilities
• advanced computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite
