Backoffice Coordinator
As our Backoffice Coordinator, you will Support the Sales and Account Management teams with proposals, contracts and projects. You will develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offering to better help our customers
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Activities
- Support the Sales and Account Management teams with proposals, contracts and projects.
- Manage information updates & accuracy in Salesforce.
- Project tracking with deadlines, follow-ups and feedback
- Input & onboard new customers
- Updating data and information from customers in our CRM
- Take inquiries and requests from Account Managers and address their needs with Ops, Projects, etc.
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to find new ways to improve business processes
Skills and qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactivity & self-motivated
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
