Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan PV system configurations based on customer needs and site conditions
- Measure, cut, and assemble the support structure for solar PV panels
- Install solar modules, panels, and support structures according to building codes and standards
- Connect PV panels to the electrical systems
- Commission and test PV systems
- Perform routine PV system maintenance
- Tie in Electrical - Interconnection
- Install Solar Battery systems
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License (non-negotiable)
- Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
- 1 - 3 years of prior Solar Installation experience required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of an outdoor job.
- Electrical licensing a plus
- Military service a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- $20 - $35 per hour commensurate with experience
