INTRODUCTION 

In the Client Facing Platforms department we build systems and platforms that allow our Operations Managers create content and manage campaigns for our clients, effectively and at scale!

In the Traffic Management team, we focus on effective campaign fulfilment by providing the right tools and solutions, and automating different steps of the process to ensure achieving the best possible results for both our users and clients.

Some of the technologies we use are: java, python, postgresql, diverse aws services, spring boot, kubernetes, terraform, spinnaker…

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading a team of talented engineers

  • Work closely with Product & Development teams on company initiatives by building easy to maintain and scalable solutions

  • Ensure product/system availability, quality of service, stability, compliance and security

  • Responsible for having a reliable on-call process in place and being part of the rotation as an active member of the team

  • Ensure technical decisions are taken at the right time, peer-reviewed and challenged

  • Your main tasks will be the coordination of projects, ensuring our quality standards and the further development of our products in cooperation with other departments

  • Responsible for the growth of team members

  • Maintain and improve team performance and quality of life

  • Create a healthy team culture and transparent communication

  • Providing coaching and counselling via mentoring and one-to-one meetings

  • Build a culture of trust within the team

  • Individual performance management, expectations and continuous feedback

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and help the team to reach goals

  • Act as a delivery manager: ensure the projects are delivered on time and resolve the blockers on the way
