INTRODUCTION 

We are looking for a Team Lead to manage our Workplace Technology team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Bonial employees have the systems, services, and support they need to be productive and efficient. This includes managing our group IT infrastructure, end-user support, and business applications.

Your responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals responsible for Workplace Technology, including helpdesk support, desktops & endpoints, enterprise applications, and user management

  • End-User Support: Oversee the delivery of high-quality end-user support, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues

  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our corporate IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and desktop systems

  • Application Management: Manage and support business applications such as Slack, Miro, Confluence, Jira, M365, and Google Workspace

  • Service Delivery: Ensure the smooth operation of all workplace technology services, including printers, phones, and meeting rooms

  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to deliver integrated solutions

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with relevant vendors and service providers

  • Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects related to workplace technology initiatives

  • Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and procedures

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workplace technology services and processes

  • Security: Implement and maintain security best practices for all workplace technology systems and services, including access control, data protection, and vulnerability management
