Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our Luxaire Sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and channel expansion of independent distribution partners across the region, driving revenue, market share and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Luxaire brand for Residential, Commercial and Ductless HVAC products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned region
- Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, present solutions, and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
- Analyze sales data and market insights to forecast trends and inform business strategies
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster a high-performance sales culture
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand network
- Travel 50% within the assigned region to meet with clients and prospects
- Defined geography consists of TX, NM, OK, AR, LA and MS
