Job Overview
- Calculates planned cost prices of products (at the platform, project, and serial production levels).
- Calculates the actual cost price of products
- Analyzes and reports cost deviations compared to the plan
- Coordinates the process of creating the cost price projection for the next 6 years and actively leads the organization and stakeholders toward the result
- Coordinates the cost calculation process for customer offers, from necessary inputs to price approval with management
- Prepares and presents to management an overview of the cost prices of leading products for the upcoming years, as well as an analysis of deviations
- Provides support in defining and evaluating cost-saving measures for the production departments and guides toward the targeted cost price
- Breaks down primary costs to the product level by cost types
- Integrates new products into the existing production portfolio (system adjustments, allocation keys, etc.)
- Coordinates the calculation of return on investment, project calculations, and defines calculation methods (greenfield approach)
- SAP administration
- Supports monthly reporting and analysis at the product level (achieved and forecasted future sales, material deviations, etc.)
- Coordinates activities related to cost comparisons with other factories at the product level and provides recommendations for improvement
- Coordinates business plan activities at the product level and provides guidance toward achieving targeted product costs
- Creates sales prices and planned profit and loss statements, ensuring targeted profit
- Proactive communication and collaboration with stakeholders (other internal departments, headquarters, and other factories)
- Provides support to colleagues through mentoring and training
- Performs other duties as requested by the employer
