Job Overview

  1. 作为项目经理参与亚太地区各公司的SAP S4HANA项目上线。Participate in SAP S4(HANA) rollout projects for all companies in the Asia Pacific region as project leader.
  1. 制定全面的项目计划，明确范围、时间表、预算、资源、里程碑和成功标准。Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timeline, budget, resources, milestones, and success criteria.
  2. 监控项目进度，管理范围、进度、成本和质量，确保项目按计划推进。Monitor project progress, managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure adherence to the plan.

 

  1. 管理全周期的测试活动, 制定并执行变革管理与培训计划，确保最终用户顺利适应新系统。Manage full-cycle testing activities, Develop and execute change management and training plans to ensure smooth user adoption.
  2. 协调上线初期的支持工作，确保系统平稳运行 Provide post-go-live support efforts to ensure system stability.
