Job Overview
- Analyze raw material needs in MRP according to production requirements and customer demand.
- Create and review production plans based on customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels under BPS standards.
- Contact and coordinate with suppliers to place orders, ensure timely shipment dispatch, and resolve supply issues (e.g., backlog, shortage, quality issues).
- Maintain and monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure availability and meet inventory targets.
- Coordinate customs and logistics activities, including BOI processes, forwarders, and external warehouse receiving.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and planning teams to manage engineering changes, new product launches, and material transitions.
- Ensure correctness of long-term raw material forecasts and data accuracy in SAP/ProCon systems.
- Participate in improvement activities, provide ideas for process optimization, and perform other assignments from supervisor or team leader.
