- Develop and optimize laser-based manufacturing processes in the fields of e-mobility, battery systems, hydrogen solutions and power electronics
- Design and implement laser applications such as welding, cutting, drilling, marking, and structuring for high-precision manufacturing
- Integrate and conduct tryouts of laser equipment in custom-built special machinery developed by our company
- Conduct feasibility studies, process validation, and parameter optimization for new laser applications in the state-of-the-art laser laboratory
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laser processes and laser equipment, ensuring high quality and efficiency
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored laser solutions
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in laser technology, automation, and Industry 4.0 trends
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and process guidelines
