[BD] Senior AI Engineer/ Data Scientist (HCMC / Hanoi)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging Python, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and classical NLP techniques.

You will collaborate with a team of experts to analyze data, build scalable models, and develop innovative GenAI solutions that drive business impact. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and may take ownership of specific AI topics or projects.

Location: This position is open for talents in Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning algorithms, models, and LLM-based pipelines.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and patterns that support data-driven decisions.
• Write production-quality Python code, following best practices (version control, testing, documentation).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in AI, GenAI, and Data Science.
• Integrate AI models into production systems in collaboration with software engineering teams.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
